MassCat Governance
In July 2003, MassCat
adopted a new style of governance. MassCat is now governed by a Steering
Committee consisting of one representative from each Regional Library
System, two representatives from MassCat member libraries, two representatives
from any of the five Regional Library System offices and two ex-officio
members -- the MassCat Manager, and a representative from the Massachusetts
Board of Library Commissioners.
