Use this form to report instances of duplicate records found in the MassCat database. The Identifying Number is either the "System Number" or the ISBN. Not all records have a System Number, but for those that do, you will find it labeled as such in the "Labeled Display," or in the 001 field in the MARC display. For records without a system number, please note the ISBN. If there is no ISBN, note any publisher number given (i.e. music publisher's number, etc.).
